در طول فعالیت حرفه‌ای‌ام در حوزه‌های گوناگون حقوقی فعال بوده‌ام و تمرکز ویژه‌ام بر حقوق فناوری اطلاعات، حقوق تجارت الکترونیک، امنیت سایبری، حاکمیت شرکتی، رعایت مقررات مبارزه با پولشویی و تأمین مالی تروریسم، داوری، حقوق تجارت و مالکیت فکری بوده است. با شرکت‌ها، نهادهای عمومی، مؤسسات مالی و کسب‌وکارهای فناوری‌محور همکاری داشته‌ام و عضویت در هیئت‌مدیره شرکت‌های مختلف را نیز بر عهده داشته‌ام.
