Joining the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law (CEA Digital Law)
My membership in the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law has been accepted — an opportunity for international dialogue on the law of the digital age.
I am pleased to announce that my membership in the Euro-American Committee of Digital Law (CEA Digital Law) has been accepted.
I believe digital law is one of the fields that, more than ever, calls for international dialogue, the exchange of experience and the development of a shared legal literature. Advances in technology, artificial intelligence, the platform economy, data governance and the regulation of the digital space have carried legal questions beyond traditional frameworks, and have made it necessary to revisit many established legal concepts and rules.
To my mind, taking part in such forums and institutions is not merely a title or a professional credential. It is an opportunity to contribute to specialised debate, to share experience, to put forward legal perspectives, and to learn how different legal systems approach emerging issues.
I also hope that, within this framework, I can bring part of the legal experience and thinking developed in Iran in information technology law, cyber law and the regulation of the digital economy into international conversation.
